I'm on the hunt for new dinner ideas! What's a dish you prepare often that never fails? I'm especially interested in hearty meals for those chilly nights. If you've got a recipe or some cooking tips, I'd love to hear them!

CHILI MAC

1 lb. Lean Ground Beef
1 ea. Medium Onion
1 ea. Package (1.25 oz.) Chili mix
1 ea. Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies (14.5 oz. Can)
1 ea. Kidney Beans (15 oz. Can) drained and rinsed
1 cup Small Elbow Macaroni (cooked)

1.) Cook beef and Onions until beef is no longer pink.
2.) Drain grease from beef & onions.
3.) Blend in chili mix, tomatoes w/chilies, and beans
4.) Bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
5.) Stir in macaroni and serve.

Four (4) servings
* Optional: Sprinkle 4-cheese shredded Mexican Cheese on top

ELEPHANT STEW

1 Each Elephant, Medium size

2 Each Rabbits (optional)

100 Gallons Gravy, brown

· Cut Elephant into bite sized morsels (Takes about 1 month).

· Clean and cut up Rabbits

· Roll all meat in flour and brown in fat.

· Add brown gravy.

· Cover and simmer over open fire until tender (takes about 5 days and 1-1 ½ cords seasoned firewood) Once coals are white the fire temperature is about 420 degrees (F.).

· Salt and Pepper to taste. Serve hot.

This recipe will feed a whole tribe of people (about 650). If a larger crowd needs to be fed, add more rabbits. NOTE: Use extreme caution here because some people do not like HARE in their stew.
