What’s Your Daily Go-To Hot Sauce?

I’ve recently found myself experimenting a bit more with different hot sauces and ended up really enjoying the smoky flavor of Tabasco's Chipotle version. It’s just the right amount of kick, and I’ve been dousing it on everything from eggs to tacos.

This got me thinking about what everyone else reaches for on a daily basis. I’m curious about that dependable, everyday hot sauce you always have on hand — the one that fits into your meals without needing a special occasion.

Are you all about the classics like Texas Pete or Cholula, or do you have a hidden gem that’s a perfect match for your breakfast or lunch? I’m looking for something flavorful, not super spicy, to add to my rotation. So what’s your go-to hot sauce and what do you love to pair it with?

El Yucateco Chile Habanero for Mexican food, (green or red)

Hu Fong Siracha Sauce for Asian cuisine,

Tapatia for almost anything.

Valentina! It was super cheap, and I could augment it with Huy Fong Original Sriracha Sauce, Sweet Baby Rays, or Ketchup. I think any combination of the above is great tasting.

Cholula and the old standby, Tobasco. It's the flavor of chili peppers that makes them great.
Habenaro and ghost pepper sauces give you the heat, sure, but I miss the tart taste of those chilis.
