Best 9mm Carry Ammo Recommendations

I'm in the market for some reliable 9mm carry ammo and am feeling overwhelmed by the options. What hollow points do you guys trust for self-defense? I'd appreciate any personal insights!

Hornady Critical Duty (heavier bullet) or Critical Defense (a bit lighter bullet). All of my carry pieces are fed this ammo, semi-auto & revolver. Very good ballistics.

The greatest wormhole/doom scroll you can get involved in for carrying ammo is the tnoutdoors9 YouTube channel. Hundreds of ammo reviews to include shots into gel. He slowed down a few years ago due to a health concern. He recovered and still does post content. Much less than he was doing.
