Best 5.56 ammo loads for Virginia range shooting? Need top handloading recipes for suppressed ARs. What bullets and powders give you the best performance?

Use 55–62 gr FMJ or Sierra MatchKing bullets. Hodgdon or IMR powders give consistent performance. But start light, work up for accuracy, and always chronograph your loads

Sierra TMK 69grs with CFE223 24.80grs. Fed. GM205M primers 0.040" jump [although 0.010" jump was ok as well.] for my Colt Match Target Com HBar II 16" 1:7TR.
