Hey all. I'm new to Virginia and looking forward to hunting public whitetails. I hunted the Georgia piedmont region so mountain hunting will be new. Do you guys recommend shooting off tripods in the mountain WMAs?

Welcome! Tripods can help on uneven terrain but sometimes a simple bipod or sticks work better on steep slopes.
