I've always had great speed & service, maybe a dozen orders over last couple years. Fast turnaround. Latest deal online was Defender Tactical, their Mossberg 590 Shockwave kit for $55 shipped (regular $65). It's an aluminum follower, lifter, and cartridge arrestor designed to allow smooth feeding of mixed-size shells (converts to 590s, essentially). I had the OpSol rubber device and aluminum follower, which has worked fine, but that is designed as 'either-or' for cycling 1.75" shells, and I've read reviews folks said the OpSol wears out, can fall out.
