How many calibers is too many to stock?

I stick to 5-6 common ones .22LR, 9mm, 5.56, .308, 12ga, and one specialty for hunting. If you have more than that, you're always running low on something. Sticking to a few saves cash and is just easier. Unless you collect guns, keep your ammo choices simple and useful

I cut back on the number of calibers I used a few years ago and it made things easier. I didn't have to worry about as many shortages, it was easier to keep things stocked and I didn't have to think as much when I was getting ready for the range or a hunting trip.
