Biggest myth: 'You need a tiny gun to conceal carry.' False. I'm 5'8" and I appendix carry a full-size without printing. It's 90% holster quality and 10% dressing around it. Stop suffering with a micro 9mm you can't shoot accurately because the internet said you had to.

I carry a full-size 1911 with no printing thanks to a good holster and wardrobe choices

I either carry an older Ruger LC9 or a SIG 365 SAS, both in a Wright Leather Co. SOB holster pulled around to my right side, both w/ a Crimson Trace Laser sight. They are both easy and accurate to shoot. I did carry a Ruger LCR .38 Spl. w/ a Crimson Trace Laser sight, but it printed more than I liked. It's not the size that I find an issue with, it's the weight. I once carried a S.S. 2.75 inch Ruger SP-101 .357 Mag. It felt like a boat anchor attached to my side. It's home is now in my truck.
