Hi all I have a new never fired 44 cal pietta for sale how can I legally sell it

Since it's a black powder gun there are no FFL requirements. You can sell it to an individual without going through a background check, although that might vary depending on your local government official policies.

Yes but there are some restrictions. Go to the "Markeplace" forum. Here is what it says:

Is that 15 separate posts or 15 reply?
By the time I do 15 posts I will fall in love with the pistol again and not want to sell it

I'm not sure! I think that the message "You have insufficient privileges to post threads here.", will go away once the threshold is reached.
