I like to use hamburger some Bushes baked beans,onion,jalapeño,some sausage,maybe some Rotel tomatoes in the crockpot. I've also been making fried rice. The secret being make the rice and refrigerate it . Mix in some frozen carrots and peas with diced onions.Top with some Costco panko shrimp.
