Let's hear about vehicle regrets.

Did you sell your reliable hunting truck?
Buy something that looked good but couldn't handle trails?
Trade in something you wish you kept?

Share your mistakes so others can learn..

I traded my old truck for something new. I thought I was making things better. Biggest mistake ever... sometimes you just can’t beat something reliable. My new rule is that "If it doesn't break, then it doesn't need a change"

I bought a Mitsubishi Montero. Looked good, rode good and after I replaced the third head gasket. I bought a K2500 diesel Chevrolet pick-up. Good move on my part. The Mitsubishi was from the same fine people who brought us Pearl Harbor and WWII.

Sometimes the dependable old truck is worth holding onto. “If it isn’t broken, don’t fix it.”

Ouch, third head gasket? Sounds like the Montero taught you the value of a tough diesel.
